It is the plaintiff’s pleading that he is the administrator and beneficiary of the estate of the late Okot Zacharia, which estate includes the suit land located at the aforesaid location valued at approximately 7,500,000/=
(seven million five hundred thousand only). He further pleads that the suit land was first acquired by his grandfather, a one, Okumu Pascal since time immemorial by settling on vacant land and that upon his
death, the plaintiff’s father, a one, Okot Zacharia inherited the same in Page 2 of 25 1965 whereupon he settled with other family members without interference from any one.
The defendant filed a written statement of defence disputing the entire claim and also filed a counter-suit. For ease of reference, I will continue to refer to the parties respectively as plaintiff and defendant throughout.
